The Zig Zag's free mobile App service allows users to access its scooter sharing service at any time and place.

Key Features:

1. Registration: Begin by signing up directly on the app or website at www.zigzagsharing.com. Manage your account, explore service details, and stay informed about the latest offers.
2. Booking: Use the map on the app or website to locate available scooters near you. Once you spot one, you have 30 minutes to reach it. Simply enter its plate number in the search bar to book it.
3. Rental: Locate your reserved scooter, start the rental to activate the seat, check its cleanliness, report any damages via the app, then unlock the trunk, and start the scooter through the app.
4. Pause and Resume: For a pit stop, park your scooter, turn off the engine, select "Stopover" on the app, secure your helmet in the seat, then resume by pressing "Resume Rental."
5. End Rental: Park the scooter within designated areas, turn off the engine, place it on its stand. Select "End rental" on the app, secure your helmet, ensure everything is in place, then confirm by pressing "End rental."
